Chax I've always liked you and hope you do stay. If not best of luck in the wild wild world of RL. But also hope you can put all of this behind you. Arguing it serves no purpose. Particularly since it doesn't matter whether you finessed a solitary facebook conversation of all things. Sadly the biggest mistake both BFF and International made is keeping a treaty with a rowdy raiding alliance without having adequate communication with them. And by communication I mean multiple lines of real communication where everyone clearly understands exactly what the other side is trying to express. It wasn't there and that was a collective error on all sides. But you know what? It happens. I mess up scores of times myself. And that is just during the timespan between when I wake up and 9am each day. Put your nation on ice for a bit without deleting to clear your mind. Come back and put your differences aside with your adversaries over a sixpack of cyberbeer and become an active member of the community again.

Something unexpected happens every day. Sometimes even at far shorter intervals. Good luck. We eagerly await to see what other surprises are in store for us.

Thank goodness BFF never joined CnG. Drats. Ths means they just did! Though seriously sorry that things ended this way. I've known a good number of you from the start of my CN career and you've always been good guys whether I was fighting on your side or against you. Mistakes were made and it bites that all this drama played out for all to see on the OWF. Wish things ended better. But our ally the International is getting a lot of new good members. Congratulate to them on this merger! I wish all your members good luck in their new homes whether it is with The International, the newly reformed FEAR, or wherever else they choose to go.

Congrats on passing the 2 million mark. Need to go visit csn and bug Liz sometime.

BFF have nothing to prove. Throughout their history going back to the alliances that make up the bloc that spawned the alliance they have shown their repeated willingness to take a beating to defend their allies. They've handled this with more aplomb, tact, and patience than just about any other alliance in the game would have. And perhaps even should have.

As to the big bad NPO. Times have changed and so has the NPO. If anything they probably need to be a little MORE evil. If the ebb and flow of the politics of Digiteria puts them on top I don't fear it all. But congratulations to both the NSO and our ally NPO.

Sorry I am so late to this but good luck to both IRON and TOP as they go their separate ways. As for TLR which this topic has somehow wandered into... as a good number of you have already pointed out it is objectively an awful alliance.
