[/quote] That is actually along the lines of what I was going to ask you. Europa announces things that effect their alliance and those around them. This "irrelevant" treaty would seem pretty relevant if someone declared on Europa and GOONS responded. Course I would doubt that you know about things like that, since you don't have an alliance or actually do anything other than criticize others and post some of the worst propaganda Bob has even known.
