The one time I was really aware of ODN's politics was during the Karma war, when they abandoned a treaty that was literally called Blood Brothers. I don't care how close ODN is to these alliances, they'll always protect themselves first.

Here within the territorial confines of the International's member states, it takes about 13 committees 2 months to debate, author, modify, and ratify a draft. And that's just before the executive central committee takes 3 weeks to build the necessary consensus to select an official poster.
