[/quote] I think a reunion Citadel bloc consisting of Old Guard, TOP and Argent could work out good, maybe FCC as well if they would be interested and active enough. Umbrella was planning to leave or wanted to leave a while before Citadel disbanded, also they have to many treaties that wouldn't go well with other former Citadel signatories to make them a good fit for a bloc. As long as Ramirus is allowed to control Gremlins I don't think they would be a good fit or interested. Obviously nobody did anything for 10.10.10 as that was mostly something Umbrella threw around as a date they never planned to do anything on as far as I know.
