[/FONT]We the nations in order to form a perfect justice and union, to secure our liberty and to maintain security of Facepunch Alliance, solemnly swear to uphold the charter of Facepunch Alliance with full dignity.

[*][FONT=&quot]Assuring democracy in the alliance sealed by the Constitution and the laws which surround it, economically, socially and militarily.[/FONT]
[*][FONT=&quot]Have a State where all rights and laws work, including the Right of Free Speech.[/FONT]

[*][FONT=&quot]To move on the progress of our alliance, for it to become a better alliance, and with it, all its integrated alliances.[/FONT]

[b]Principles[/b]

1. The Facepunch Alliance shall pass no treaty that undermines the sovereignty of Facepunch Alliance as a whole.
2. The Facepunch Alliance will remain exclusive to members of Facepunch.
3. Facepunch Alliance predominately resides within the red sphere, it is highly recommended for a nation to transition to the red sphere to receive all possible benefits, such as trade bonuses.
4. A nation [I]applying[/I] to join Facepunch Alliance may not be discriminated against due to color.

[u]Article 1.[/u]
1. Facepunch Alliance is a democratic and free alliance, which characteristics are its juridical order of liberty, justice, equality and a multi-party alliance.
2. The national sovereignty lies in the nations which are within the alliance.
3. The political form of Facepunch Alliance is a Democratic Alliance.

[u]Article 2.[/u]
The Constitution is fundamentally a insolvable unit of the Facepunch Alliance, it is of everyone and it can't be divided by anyone. It assures the right of autonomy of all the nations.

[u]Article 3.[/u]
English is our official language. Any other languages will not be used officially.

[u]Article 4.[/u]
Our logo is one a rectangle with a red background, a black gear on the right of the centre, and a yellow wheel with a rainbow on the left. In the centre resides the official Facepunch logo.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Additions, changes or amendments may be proposed by membership and officials alike as a referendum for voting. The vote must be a 60% majority for the amendment to be successfully ratified. The President may however, veto a proposed amendment preventing it from being ratified, however this can be overridden by a 70% majority by membership. Time limit will last for 24 hours.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]If the President is proven incompetent and is evidently slacking, membership may propose an impeachment request to the Minister of Internal Affairs. If the Minister of Internal Affairs approves the impeachment request, a voting session will take place. A 65% majority is required for successful impeachment. Time limit will last for 36 hours. If the motion fails, another one may not be proposed within a month.[/FONT]

[u][FONT=&quot]Article 8.[/FONT][/u]
Any nation can request a motion to expel a member of Facepunch Alliance. In order for the motion to to successfully pass, a 60% majority must vote in favor of the expulsion. Voting will last 24 hours. [FONT=&quot]The President can pardon any nation from expulsion. The President may also expel any member without vote.[/FONT]

[u][FONT=&quot]Article 9.[/FONT][/u]
[FONT=&quot]If the any Minister is proven incompetent and is evidently slacking, membership may propose an impeachment request to the Minister of Internal Affairs. [b][FONT=&quot]President of Facepunch Alliance - [/FONT][/b][FONT=&quot]The President of Facepunch alliances governs Facepunch Alliance and may serve as a temporary substitute of a Minister who is absent or entered a long term leave of absence. The President possess all jurisdictions and abilities of the absent Minister until absence is terminated. The President may declare war [/FONT][FONT=&quot]if any entity that exhibits an imminent threat or have executed a hostile action. Emergency powers may be granted to the president at the time of an emergency to expand the Presidents jurisdiction, the President may also add amendments to the constitution. [/FONT]

[b][FONT=&quot]Ministry of Finance[/FONT][/b][FONT=&quot] - The Minister of Finance's duties entail managing tech deals and ensuring the proper distribution of foreign aid. Distribution of foreign aid ranges from war compensation to assisting and aiding a fellow nation in need of aid. In the event of war, the minister of Finance will be required to collaborate with the Minister of Defense to ensure funds are distributed successfully to help the war effort.[/FONT]

[b][FONT=&quot] Ministry of Defense[/FONT][/b][FONT=&quot] - The Minister of Defense is responsible for managing wars and conflicts that involve Facepunch Alliance. If any entity that exhibits an imminent threat or have executed a hostile action, the Minister of Defense may exercise his authority and take military actions on said entity. In the event of war, the minister of Finance will be required to collaborate with the Minister of Defense to ensure funds are distributed successfully to help the war effort. The Minister of Defense must be informed about all forms of militarization within Facepunch Alliance. Further jurisdiction of Ministry of Defense will explained further in Section IV - War[/FONT]

[b][FONT=&quot]Ministry of Foreign Affairs[/FONT][/b][FONT=&quot] - The Minister of Foreign Affairs entails establishing and improving relations with foreign alliances. The Minister of Foreign Affairs must also preserve the image of Facepunch Alliance. The Minister of Foreign Affairs is responsible for negotiating deals and treaties with foreign alliances. Should a nation request to speak with a representative of Facepunch Alliance The Minister of Foreign Affairs as this position. The Minister of Foreign Affairs is also responsible for maintaining diplomacy with foreign alliances, should a nation request an embassy in Facepunch Alliance, it is the duty of The Minister of Foreign Affairs to approve and create one. The Minister of Foreign Affairs also serves as an ambassador should he/she apply for an embassy in a friendly alliance. If sustaining diplomacy fails in a event of hostility (Refusal to pay compensation, adhere to terms, accept peace e.g), jurisdiction will transition to the Ministry of Defense.[/FONT]

[b]Minister of Internal Affairs[/b] - The Minister of Internal Affair's responsibilities and duties are to examine other Ministers and to ensure they are doing their role correctly. Any complaints about the ministers must go into the The Minister of Internal Affairs forum. It is the responsibility of the The Minister of Internal Affairs to inform a minister of his incompetence. If the problem persists, the Minister of Internal Affairs may establish a voting to impeach said Minister. However, this does not make the The Minister of Internal Affairs immune to impeachment or complaints.[/FONT]

[/FONT]

It is a declared war between existing alliances in which nuclear, biological, or chemical weapons are not used or only see limited deployment in support of conventional military goals and maneuvers.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]The opposite of conventional warfare, unconventional warfare, is an attempt to achieve military victory through acquiescence, capitulation, or clandestine support for one side of an existing conflict.[/FONT]

War can also be declared at will on independent nations who are not aligned, raiding is permitted.

The defense readiness condition (DEFCON) is a measure of the activation and readiness level of the Facepunch Alliance. Defense readiness condition (DEFCON) will signify the current military status of Facepunch Alliance, it goes as follows:

Your recruitment is very impressive, and I do hope that this works out for you.

That said, I would strongly encourage you either to seek out a partnership with a well-established large alliance (a protector would certainly be useful) or engage in large scale inter-alliance tech deals. Given that you have literally 0 bank nations in your alliance, you will have a large amount of trouble growing at a reasonable rate without outside aid. An alliance of 270 members should have more than 18 Harbors. :P

Could I inquire how a new nation has developed this level of animosity towards the NSO by apparent abstract interpretation of one members post, that wasn't even that offensive?
