Andre27 Posted December 8, 2009 Report Share Posted December 8, 2009 (edited) In accordance with Article V of the “Celtic Promise Pact”, a treaty of Mutual Defense between the Grand Global Alliance and the Orange Defense Network which states “Article V - Expired Cheese Sometimes cheese expires and needs to be thrown out. It's a sad day when that happens, but sometimes it's inevitable. Should either the Grand Global Alliance or the Orange Defense Network wish to withdraw from this pact, they will give the other 72 hours notice before finalizing the decision.” Pursuant to this article the government of the Grand Global Alliance has given the Orange Defense Network notice of it's intent to publicly cancel this treaty seventy-two hours from the time this was posted. The issue was decided by a vote of the High Council of the Holy Triumvirate which took place in accordance with the Charter of the Grand Global Alliance, Section on Procedures of the Grand Global Alliance, Subsection F which states: "F. Ratification or Cancellation of Treaties: All ratification and cancellations of treaties must be passed by two thirds (2/3) vote of the council." The reasons for the cancellation have been given in private.
