Its not that they helped us get more nukes, they just helped the ones we do have make that much bigger explosions when they are used. As Azaghul said, this is incredible considering where MK and Polar were a year ago. As for whoever mentioned the tremendous number of signatures on this - we don't usually have so many, but I think everybody wanted to get their name on this, myself included. All the reparations we've gotten from this war have been directly based on reparations either MK or C&G paid in the noCB war to those alliances, TPF included.
