KaiserMartens is still on the GOD PZI list. That means not sending him any aid offers. You should start enforcing this. It is sort of a slap in the face if you do not. Kaiser Martins was the leader of NoV a ally of Nueva Vida.... NoV started to act in a way not the the intrest of Nueva Vida so we broke ties with them.... Martins who we regaurded as a friend eventually was allowed safe haven in Nueva vida with the disolusion srry liquidation of NoV by TPF so he layed low was given a repectable position in NV and then ..... OWF announcement by kaiser martins showed up after many months of silence where he stated that Nueva vida were cowards and traitors for letting NoV die yada yada yada... at which he brought back NoR and eventually VoX Pop ended up spawning. Life has been terribly, terribly boring without our old adversary. Us lolcommies have needed a supervillain ever since he was defeated, and his shoes are impossible to fill.
