I don't think the pip's bad. It's just a standard one, and it's certainly an improvement on their old one. It's a nice change to all the ones that try and emulate Fark's [brilliant] one.

The only thing that ruins the old one is the IRON text over it.

The old one was a fair bit more legible. I know that flag standards don't really apply to pips, but the same reason their flag has issues is what gives their pip issues.

The new one is also a tad flat, akin to the change we saw in NPO's when they re-gained sanction:
