To Whom It May Concern,

 

We, the member nations of the Brown Unity and Trade Treaty, GATO, PGS, and UCR (henceforce referred to as B.U.T.T.), stand united in defence of our sovereignty, values, and the principles that define our diverse and vibrant team. It is with solemn resolution that we hereby recognise a state of war against the MONGOLS forces, whose aggressive raiding and disregard for the sanctity of the Brown Team threaten the stability and harmony of our world.

 

Our decision to engage in armed conflict is not taken lightly, as we recognise the gravity of war and its consequences. However, the relentless raiding of the MONGOLS forces on both Brown Team and other nations worldwide leaves us with no alternative but to defend our lands, our cultures, and our shared future. In accordance with our commitment to justice and the safeguarding of freedom, we hereby enact the following measures:

 

1. Diplomatic Efforts: We call upon the international community to join us in condemning the MONGOLS aggression and to support our efforts to restore stability and justice.
2. Unified Military Action: Our alliance shall deploy combined military forces to counter the MONGOLS threat across all fronts. Our armed forces will be under a unified command structure, collaborating strategically and tactically to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.
3. Humanitarian Concerns: We pledge to uphold the principles of international humanitarian law, ensuring the protection of civilians and the provision of essential aid in areas affected by conflict.
4. Post-Conflict Stabilisation: In the event of victory, we commit to aiding in the reconstruction and rebuilding of the territories affected by the conflict, fostering a lasting peace and sustainable development.
5. Safeguarding Cultural Heritage: Recognising the rich tapestry of cultures that the MONGOLS endanger, we vow to take all necessary measures to protect cultural heritage sites and artifacts from destruction or looting during the conflict.

 

In recognising this state of war, we do not seek to engage in acts of aggression for their own sake, but instead out of a profound dedication to preserving the principles that underpin our societies. The Brown Unity and Trade Treaty (B.U.T.T.) stands firmly united against the forces that threaten to disrupt the peace and prosperity we have tirelessly worked to build.

 

In summary, in accordance with B.U.T.T. Article V, B.U.T.T. hereby recognises a state of war with the MONGOLS, in defence of the Union of Communist Republics.
