Though GATO and ODN are on the other side of the war, I must say in their defense that sending surrender offers is common procedure in wars and they were not getting advantage of your situation (which they probably were not aware of). I tip my hat also for their reaction to your situation (unlike some other people whose miserable reply in this thread doesn't surprises me).
