However, I deny that NPO has moved to either 'side' of the treaty web -- in fact, I like this move specifically because they now have increased access to multiple facets of the web. You mean to tell me a treaty that you were one of the largest proponents of, and proposed to congress during your time as AC surprises you? Give me a break. On a happier note, I am very pleased to see this finally announced. This relationship has taken years to rebuild, with considerable effort shown by both parties.
