NPO has roughly 15 nations that were loaded with military wonders and large war chests that never went hippy. They have been reduced down to 5000 to 15,000 NS range and are fighting nations that have never had military wonders. Obviously they have the advantage with their MP's. RoK will be back. Bank on it.
