Interesting. I never thought I'd see the day when Polar was on top of the world. Congratulations, NpO. However, I am curious to know why the rest of XX has not cozied up to the TOP/Val Sphere yet. With Polaris as it's only centerpiece between the two massive spheres, it pretty much leaves them as complete, de facto dictators over XX. Not that I am saying that Polaris would act in such a way, but the amount of pull the TOP/Val sphere now has over XX, just because of Polar, will pretty much quell any ambitions XX has and make them bound to that sphere's will. Take that from experience. Nevertheless, Congratulations to Valhalla and Polaris on their new treaty. :)

I have to agree with Rush's analysis on this as well. The lack of communication between allies when something major happens is rather dismal in today's age of the game. It's unfortunate because the particular set of standards that was used to operate (not perform, before some fool tries to tell me something like NoCB or Pre-empts) FA are now being tossed out the window too. I really think a community-wide effort to maintain these standards would do us all good, as we are letting the way we played the game deteriorate around us, due to our laziness. And accepting the fact that this trend is irreversible is giving up on the game, because of your laziness to make the change yourself.

You seem to mistake that I insult either, TOP or UPN. That is not the case, other then pointing out the sheer obvious nature of this treaty. Spin as you like, Schattenmann, you always do, but soon people will realize that this treaty is nothing but short term value for one party, and quite long term for the other.

This is truly unfortunate to keep losing communities at the rate we are, but many of them were inevitable. Sad to see you go RoK, you definitely have a strong history behind you. Best of luck in your new homes.

This is really a shame, but I suppose there was nothing that could be done any longer. MK has had such a storied history in this realm with it's culture, politics and overall characters that came from this community. While always controversial, they were one of the lead writers in the book of history, on this planet. It's always a shame to see such influential and contributive communities, leave this game. RIP MK, this truly has been a sad few days.

Although GATO has seen CSN on the same and opposite sides of battle, this is a sad day for us to see such a historic alliance leave this planet. It is always a day of mourning seeing people and communities depart from this world. GATO offers nothing but the best for our former allies, friends and the former members and of the Commonwealth of Sovereign Nations. RIP CSN.

If you are referring to the fact that this upcoming war, TPF is running away from CnG, DR or NPO, you are sadly mistaken. If you even bothered looking at TPF's treaty web, you would have noticed that they are pretty nestled in with those aforementioned blocs/alliances and they don't hold outside treaties on an MD level anywhere else. TPF has cited the reasons as to why our treaties were cancelled, and they are absolutely logical and we understand why it needed to happen. GATO has nothing but the utmost respect for our former allies in TPF and it shall likely remain that for the foreseeable future. We look forward to the opportunity where our paths may cross again as well.

I'm not going to lie, this is a pretty dismal and grim way to look at things. There is far more to playing the game then just this, and I'm sure some of the puppet masters of today will even agree with what I am saying. There's an awful lot of negativity about this game and it's pretty wide-spread as well. It's literally causing the game to become worse. Negativity is like a disease, it's contagious and the more you think about it, the more you talk about it, the more you embrace it, the more it becomes. However, Positivity is the same way. Both have a direct correlation over activity as well. Proof of this lies in what the "becoming" sphere is now-a-days and their emergence as a new and machine moving sphere. Many people tell me how they feel so much more revitalized and how they love the game again, like they once used too. It's a positive environment and it's changing the game. People should really follow their example in those regards. Just my thoughts.
