Please welcome the [color="#800080"][b]United Purple Nations[/b][/color] to the ranks of the sanctioned alliances - the first time a purple alliance has been seen in bold since November 9th, 2007. In total, an absence of 902 days.

The beginning of a return to normalcy emerges in the Cyberverse today, as all but two major alliances in the Coincidence Coalition - the [color="#ff8c00"][b]Independent Republic Of Orange Nations[/b][/color] and [color="#ff8c00"]The Order Of The Paradox[/color] - have now agreed to peace. Still, pockets of harsh losses remain. [color="black"][b]Sparta[/b][/color] loses six nations and nearly half a point, falling to within a point of the [color="#0000ff"][b]New Polar Order[/b][/color] in their lead for fourth place. The [color="#ff8c00"][b]Independent Republic Of Orange Nations[/b][/color] loses just over a quarter-point, far less than their usual amount, as they hold 11th place by roughly two-thirds of a point. [color="#ff8c00"]The Order Of The Paradox[/color] takes today's Biggest Loser title with one of their biggest losses of the war, dropping a point and a third thanks to the departure of six nations to surrender their bold tags. Even the [color="#00FF00"][b]Global Radiation Level[/b][/color] lost some score today. The [color="#48D1CC"][b]Mostly Harmless Alliance[/b][/color] drops a fifth of a point in non-war related losses, while [color="#48D1CC"][b]The Democratic Order[/b][/color] gains eight nations for a sixth of a point to become today's Biggest Gainer.

Tier One sees [color="#48D1CC"]Ragnarok[/color] losing a fifth of a point and the [color="#48D1CC"][i]Mushroom Kingdom[/i][/color] lose an eighth of a point, but overall a pretty mild day. [color="#c0c0c0"]The Order Of Light[/color] leads Tier Two downwards by dropping three-quarters of a point in their achievement of peace, although [color="#48D1CC"][i]The Grämlins[/i][/color] and the [color="#c0c0c0"][i]Siberian Tiger Alliance[/i][/color] will not be happy with their results either. Our clump of four alliances remain, with [color="#0000ff"][i]Nueva Vida[/i][/color], [color="#48D1CC"][i]Athens[/i][/color], and [color="#48D1CC"][i]The Grämlins[/i][/color] all cohabitating a space 0.06 points wide, with [color="black"][i]Umbrella[/i][/color] well within reach just off the front.

IRONs numbers are probably a bit bloated, they had an 83k NS nation going around ghosting other alliances. When I saw him on VE's after he joined it this morning I told him to get off so he went back to IRON.

nope UPN is well and truly sanctioned - they are in the dropdown box now. however TOP will still keep their flag in-game until UPN remains sanctioned for 10 days AND delivers their flag to admin.

and no the rule didn't change (praise be to admin !).

I think they are happy with them, they get new recruits without even having to send out recruitments messages, to get them to apply will be a bit tougher.

I'd lie if I said I'm not happy about us becoming sanctioned, but I do wish it would have happened during better circumstances, such as getting it from mega-massive-epic growing, instead of gaining it from being neutral when our allies are at war.
