For some reason I am able to declare on nations that have way higher NS than me and should be out of my NS range. Sadly it only applies for nations with more NS than me, I sure wouldn't mind being able to get some free tech from nations with a NS of 10k. :awesome:

You can log in from multiple locations, as long as you are the only one playing Cyber Nations from these locations. The game has a rule against multiple nations from the same IP, not multiple IPs for the same nation. It can't be a rule violation to have more than one IP assigned to your nation, as most have a dynamic IP (i.e. one that changes over time).
