Eden Taylor
Seriously thought we had spread those gains out over more than just one day. It's sure nice to be a little bit further away from the Add/Drop Lines, though!

Asa Phillips
Sanction gives you ghosts. Ghosts are nations that come and ask you to raid them and won't get taken by anyone else. Incorrect. Sub 100NS nations are no use for raiding, only to call means names under your breath when you realize 1) no one is in range and 2) they'll never log back in after day one and are a problem for the next 25 days. Lord Brendan
I've never understood what everyone's problem with ghosts is. As long as you know somewhere what your true membership is, having a few extra meatshields doesn't really harm you in any way. Where's our flag thumbnail? Seriously... Sorry, Karma War Secret Term #3 clearly states that the New Pacific Order is not allowed to have their flag in the Sanction Race.

However, even this gain couldn't beat The Democratic Order, who launch upwards past the New Pacific Order, gaining an amazing half a point despite losing four members overall. Meanwhile, FOK is on a two-day freefall, losing a fifth of a point today to hover roughly three-quarters of a point above 13th placed The Order Of Light. The Viridian Entente may have to wait a while if they want to see their name in bold again, as they're more than two and a half back of the magic line. Mainly gains to talk about south of here. The United Purple Nations reel back a bit of ground on Monos Archein, but at that rate, it may not be enough to secure victory. Meanwhile, the Multicolored Cross-X Alliance and the Commonwealth Of Sovereign Nations take a breather today, and remain a tenth of a point apart. In other news, the Siberian Tiger Alliance gains a quarter-point; this only being good enough for third place on the day, while the Random Insanity Alliance hops over the 16 point barrier as RnR falls backwards to give the North Atlantic Defense Coalition a fighting chance. Finally, the New Sith Order gets fed up with the Add Line, and runs it down with a bulldozer thanks to a double-digit gain. Today's special shoutout goes to Invicta, who has made their way back into Tier 2. ---------- Related Links: Stats By Unspeakable Evil Tournament Edition Sanction Race How To Update the Amazing Sanction Race Sanction Race Update Creator spreadsheet: http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=pFd...rmXWQ&hl=en [/update]

Branimir
Annoyance. And they make internal issues (mailing lists, etc.) Plus, they bring down your avg. NS. Plus, it just looks ugly. I was asking what was the problem, as figured there isn't one. It just "looks ugly" to some very sensitive eyes. If we arent talking about hundreds of ghosts here (and we arent as every major alliance has some kind of a ghost busting program), the couple of em really aint much of a issue. Certainly, quite the over dramatization of this minor issue from some I feel. But, whatever really.

Certainly, quite the over dramatization of this minor issue from some I feel. But, whatever really. "Ugly" is not the issue on our end, neither is AvgNS actually. After all, just like everyone else, we know our true stats and member count. The not always so minor issue is the stuff caused by ghosts who decide to declare upon on aligned nations, or break tech and paid-for trade deals. After all, everyone who has ever had to get involved in straightening out such issues knows how much it sucks to have to waste time on issues created by nations that aren't even in your membership.
