When you have to take that pass through the mountains where a fortress awaits you filled with fighting men and women who are armed to the teeth and not afraid to die, waiting for them to come to you is often the best plan. UPN...you are a bunch of hippies in tents, asleep, with unsharpened sticks, sitting in the middle of a wide open plain. They'll just go around you and completely ignore you. Accept it. Although I thought that was the job of the numerous UPN nations who haven't yet mustered the stones to fight. I'm not sure how you can muster up any excuse for your alliance having 16 offensive wars. 175 nations and the best you can do is 16 offensive wars? iFok must be trembling in their boots.
