And G00Ns have more tech raids than anyone else i believe. When I was messaging raid victims last night, there were at least 1 in 5 tech raids from GOONs on the war screen. [/quote] I don't know the specifics of this situation, but it could just be that the raided party realized that 1) joining an alliance stops you getting raided and 2) war is more fun on the other side.
