The Lodge has been called to express its preference for our fifth GM: and after the consultations and vote, between the equally worthy candidates who were running, one was finally chosen. So, I want to extend my personal congratulations to the friend and brother PENEDONO for his promotion in the highest seat of the Lodge. Never once in the life of the Lodge there has been a disharmonious transition of power, and it has happened in this case also.
