Valhalla would be the best. There is plenty of opportunity for smaller nations to make a truckload of cash selling tech to larger nations and as the alliance undergoes reconstruction due to the war, also opportunities for leadership, particularly in the lower and middle ranks of government as we grow beyond prewar levels in terms of members. The wealthiest? No question, Polaris. It mostly sat out this war and underwent rapid growth prior to it. Struggling to rebuild will be NPO (if they are even allowed to do so), IRON (severe war damage, possible high reps), Echelon and GGA (both in decline prior to the war and then took heavy damage during it). Beyond the obvious problems however are the less obvious. Alliances on both sides of the Karma War will be some significant departures in the coming days as players in leadership roles (both formal and informal) decide it's time for their character to hang it up, either because they want to go out on a high note or because they have grown tired of the grind. It's hard to predict which alliances will be hurt the most, since players sometimes talk about leaving but don't, or instead opt for a change of scenery. WAPA gives you 3mill for joining, another 3mill for completing our training and then after that there are various development programmes you can enter that raise about 30mill for your nation each time. Larger nations will get 200 tech instead of 6mill for joining and training. That's a pretty damn good deal! Plus, the forums are very active, with a diverse and fun community. I joined WAPA for the money, but stayed because of the great banter. This isn't a cheesy ad (well, not supposed to be!) but a truthful endorsement.
