Article 1: Respecting Sovereignty CCC and TW will honor and respect one another’s sovereignty, including but not limited to membership, government, and other intra-alliance activities. Article 2: Opening Communication Communication is vital for any relationship. CCC and TW recognize that open communication between their alliances is necessary and will keep communication open regarding all relevant information between alliances. Article 3: Overcoming Opposition Though the stats speak for themselves, time may come when CCC or TW need assistance from one another. The assistance is optional as both don’t need help winning wars obviously. Just check out our sweet war stats in our sigs.* Article 4: Gaining Casualties CCC and TW love casualties, as it’s the only stat which truly matters, so the option to join in gaining casualties is available. It’s not required because both may want the casualties for themselves. Article 5: Terminating Friendship If the time comes for CCC and TW to end their friendship, 72 hours notice must be given to the other party. Any failure to honor the above articles will trigger Article 5.
