The Revolutionary Order Party is not an alliance, although nations are welcome to join the AA. The Party transcends alliance politics and is a revolutionary vanguard seeking global order and stability in the interests of the overwhelming majority of the Nations.

Nation Leaders may apply for public or anonymous membership in the Party Congress. Our Little Red Book is based upon Vladimirist-Francoism, Historical Materialism, Tywinism, the early ideals of Vox Populi and important works of OOC politics and the Scientific Outlook on Development.

Using every revolutionary tool at our disposal, we march forward in the context of historical materialism towards global stability. We will endorse alliance candidates, collaborate with Team Senators, and act against counter revolutionary interests. Membership is open to Nations of all alliance affiliations.

General Program

The Revolutionary Order Party of CN not an alliance. It is the vanguard of All Nations for the cause of Stability with Order characteristics and represents the development trend of CN's advanced productive forces, the orientation of CN's advanced culture and the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of CN nations. The realization of Order is the highest ideal and ultimate goal of the Party.

The Revolutionary Order Party of CN takes Vladimirist-Francoism, Historical Materialism, Tywinism, the early ideals of Vox Populi and important works of OOC politics and the Scientific Outlook on Development as its guide to action.

Vladimirist-Francoism brings to light the laws governing the development of the history of CN society. Its basic tenets are correct and have tremendous vitality. The highest ideal of Order pursued by the Revolutionary Order Party can be realized only when the stable society is fully developed and highly advanced. The development and improvement of the Order-based system is a long historical process. So long that the Revolutionary Order Party still upholds the basic tenets of Vladimist-Francoist ideology and follow the road suited to CN's specific conditions and chosen by the Nations of their own accord, the Stability cause in CN will be crowned with final victory.

The Revolutionary Order Party, with Comrade Tywin Lannister as their chief representative, created Tywinism by integrating the basic tenets of Vladimirist-Francoism with the concrete practice of the Vox Populi revolution. Tywinism is Vladimirist-Francoism applied on the global scale; it consists of a body of theoretical principles concerning the revolution and construction in CN and a summary of experience therein, both of which have been proved correct by practice; and it represents the crystallized, collective wisdom of the Revolutionary Order Party. Under the guidance of Tywinism, the Revolutionary Order Party leads the nations of all alliances in their prolonged revolutionary struggle against neo-imperialism, feudalism and lulz, winning victory in the new-democratic revolution.

Chapter I: Membership

Article 1. Any Nation regardless of Alliance Affiliation and who accepts the Party's program and Constitution and is willing to join and work actively in one of the Party organizations and carry out the Party's resolutions may apply for membership in the Revolutionary Order Party.

7) To put forward any request, appeal, or complaint to higher Party organizations even up to the Central Committee and ask the organizations concerned for a responsible reply.

Article 4. Party members are free to withdraw from the Party. When a Party member asks to withdraw, the Central Committee shall remove his or her name from the Party rolls, repeal forums access and make the removal public.

The Party shall try to educate the Party member who lacks revolutionary will, fails to fulfill the duties of a Party member, or is not qualified for membership and require him or her to correct his or her mistakes within a prescribed time. If the member remains incorrigible after education, he or she should be persuaded to withdraw from the Party. If the Party member being persuaded to withdraw refuses to do so, the Central Committee will vote whether to expel him.

A Party member who fails to take part in regular Party activities or do work assigned by the Party for three successive months without good reason is regarded as having given up membership, and the Central Committee may vote to remove the inactive party member.

Chapter 2: Party Organization

The Party is an integral body organized under its program and Constitution and on the basis of democratic centralism. The Party's basic principles of democratic centralism are as follows:

Article 5. Individual Party members are subordinate to the Party organization.

Article 6. The highest leading body of the Party is the Party Congress and the Central Committee elected by it.

Article 7. The Inner Party holds no importance over The Outer Party save the power of knowledge. Inner Party shall pay constant attention to the views of Outer Party members, and solve in good time the problems they raise.

Article 8. The election of delegates to The Party Congress and of members of special Party committees at all levels should reflect the will of the voters. Elections shall be held by secret ballot. There shall be one Inner Party representative for every 10 Party Members, forming the Central Committee. Elections for the Central Committee shall be held every four months.

Article 9. The Party Congress may propose political resolutions, announcements, and adjustments and additions to Doctrine. The Party Congress consists of both anonymous and public members.

Article 10. In accordance with Vladimirist-Francoist principles of democratic autocracy, the Central Committee will be lead by a Chairman who serves for life or until removal or resignation. The Chairman will appoint a successor from within the Inner Party. The Party Chairman channels the will of the party into a weapon for revolutionary aims. The Chairman can only be removed by a super majority vote of both the Inner Party and Party Congress.

Chapter 3. Party Discipline

Article 11. Party discipline refers to the rules of conduct that must be observed by Party organizations at all levels and by all Party members. It is the guarantee that the unity and solidarity of the Party are safeguarded and that the tasks of the Party are accomplished.

Article 12. Party organizations should criticize, educate or take disciplinary measures against members who violate Party discipline, depending on the nature and seriousness of their mistakes and in the spirit of "learning from past mistakes to avoid future ones, and curing the sickness to save the patient."

Article 13. There are five measures for enforcing Party discipline: warning, serious warning, removal from Party posts, probation within the Party, and expulsion from the Party.

Article 14. When a Party organization is deciding on a disciplinary measure against a Party member, it should investigate and verify the facts in an objective way. The Party member in question must be informed of a decision regarding any disciplinary measure to be taken and of the facts on which it is based.

Chapter 4. Amending the Party Constitution

Article 15. Amendments should be made within the framework of improving the Party in it's mission of advancing the knowledge of Vladimirist-Francoism, Historical Materialism, Tywinism, the early ideals of Vox Populi and important works of OOC politics and the Scientific Outlook on Development, and establishing Global Stability and Order.

Article 16. A plenary session should be held every six months after the second election to review the Party Constitution and make necessary changes, including changes to update the General Program. Amendments shall be passed with a Majority Vote of the Central Committee and Majority Vote of the Party Congress.

Is this a good place to file for formal "counter revolutionary" status?

And, more importantly: no protectorate?

The AA resembles an alliance, however members of the Party do not need to reside on the Alliance Affiliation, as it is a Political Party.

If you bothered to read the big red text, it states that this is not in essence an alliance but a political party where CN's brightest can debate ideology and advance the interests of all nations.

no.

The enemy are those who stand against order and stability, such as mushqaeda or neo-imperialists.

So you post this creation of a non-alliance in the Alliance Announcements folder?

And your nation is displaying the Revolutionary Order Party Alliance Affiliation with you as the Alliance Owner.

Just saying....

The Alliance Affiliation is occupied to provide a platform for militant operations against Enemies of Global Stability and operates in practice like the Zulu alliance, but with ideological clarity.
