Honestly, I am disappointed. Oh, it isn't because of the reasons you all think. This just undermines my master plan. I fulling intended for NPL to attack anybody who might have gone to war with the International...all of our war declarations will be "NOBODY DANCES WITH MY PROM DATE"...now I have to wait longer for that to happen.

o/Int - the classiest warriors I have ever faced.

Yeah I'm blaming INT for signing a treaty with an alliance who does stupid things and them abandoning them because they've done stupid things.

Is like I start to date a girl who everyone know that she likes to cheat their boyfriends and when she cheats me I get angry and blame her for the end of the relationship. .

You are insufferable.

So because INT had a reason to cancel the treaty. And then did cancel the treaty.... they are doing something wrong? I don't get it....

So according to you, no treaty should ever be cancelled for any reason?

People always will find an excuse to cancel a treaty they don't want to honor, but sign a treaty with an alliance who do stupid things in a regular basis and then cancel because said alliance did something stupid is utterly stupid. What we can see from the LSF fiasco and from this thread is that The International has a horrible FA department.

[OOC]This is probably my last post this night, while discuss how alliances that I don't like make stupid things that allow me to criticize them is a very interesting and amusing thing to do, beer is even more interesting. Enjoy a night free of D34th![/OOC]

No question INT has a good reason to cancel. The sucker here is the irony/double standard/hypocrisy of it all from what's happened in the past. Their reputation when it comes to treaties has been destroyed, and it isn't completely their own fault. But don't try and lump INT together with BFF in this matter. BFF has acted with class, over and over and over, even in their cancellation of the treaty with NEW. Sadly, INT, you will likely have to put up with these sorts of smart remarks, at least until everyone forgets, which actually might not take very long :P

Yes. How dare they commit an act of war without notifying anyone and then how dare anyone ever cancel an MDoAP in response. How dare people exercise freewill instead of being lemmings who pledge blind loyalty to everything. The audacity.

No, more like: How dare anyone do that after all that horse !@#$ about friends forever.

>Thread has nothing to do with LSF
>Thread involves Int
>Thread is about LSF

we thank you LSF, because every thread Int makes in the future, LSF will be mentioned. Guaranteed entertainment on the owf.

INT and the LSF are essentially family, and no treaty cancellation or ill feelings can change their DNA. This family is the only legitimate representation of class struggle on planet Bob. They often had very different visions of socialism on Bob, and these differences have led to some serious internecine feuds, the latest of which exploded over the Nordreich/IRON fiasco. But all should understand this: the causes of this estrangement are rooted in the debate over tactics, not in treaties or "pixels." It has always been about how the future should look and what the so-called CN-left's role should be.

I personally believe that INT's vision has been proven superior and that the rest of these "leftists" should fall in line behind the Party. Strength, prosperity, and stability come through unity.

If every INT announcement pushes this debate forward, then INT should make more announcements. The International should welcome each engagement as an opportunity to bring their wayward comrades back into the fold.

This is how it should be done. No attempts at backroom deals. No one thinks less of INT for cancelling on NEW. Thank you for your straightforward honestly INT. I personally don't have any issues with NEW, but they play this game very differently than most. This cancellation was completely understandable.

This is so true. And as a matter of facts, if you all think that NEW will drag you all into this !@#$hole, you were all wrong.

That's not exactly how it was presented to the rest of us. If you felt that way, maybe you should kind of talk to the rest of us about what you exactly intend to do before we start having to explain to our own members why they need to be ready for war too? Why our other allies need to be? Why this is all occurring in the first place?

Don't get it wrong, we (the International) generally vote majority rule (and the majority voted one way, I happened to personally vote against this cancellation but that's irrelevant), but we have to have information to decide on the best course of action. It would have been truly delightful if you said "Hey INT, this is what is going on. Let's plan this crap out together."

As it stands, it came across as pretty bloody sudden, then becomes a crisis and everyone loses their minds. Then people make decisions and evidently, have to stand by them. How it gets fixed is by people actually communicating their intentions with one another instead of guesswork.

Wow INT way to abandon allies right before a curbstomp. You should have at least honored the defensive clause for 48 hours.

Am I doing it right?

Could some of the blame not be on INT then since as has been noted many times this was the 2nd aid drop by NEW? I mean if you were such great allies why did you not address this issue with them after the 1st aid drop. You all were just as negligent though to be fair LSF told you what they were doing and you made them play the part of Ed Norton in the shower scene of American Hidtory X while saying you would have their back

Because we actually *vote* and voting has a time span of at a minimum of 12 hours, usually 24-48 hours. See, our entire membership is messaged as part of Congress to vote on things like this. This "second" aid drop came out after that vote was posted up.

So unlike some people who talk about things without knowing them, we generally like to make the time to present the case and let our members vote on what is to be done.

So in summary.....

No.

unpronounced: That's for the pro-tip. I'll make sure to consider how we will emulate you and not be a part of the CN-verse in all future dealings.
