You'd need at least CS4 or so that has all the adjustment layers... That's what I based it on... Mostly vector. The PSD is saved in CS6 btw.

It's also amazing how many people try to prove what an awesome driver they are by "braving" the passing lane during a snowstorm, only to go 20 below the speed limit the whole way.

 

I get it, there's snow on the road, and you don't feel comfortable going the accepted speed.  Fine, that's cool.  But maybe move to the lane that's farthest away from oncoming traffic in that case?

Actually, in the Arkansas Driving Handbook (that you have to use to get a driving permit) it says faster traffic goes in the left lane. While it is likely intended to be interpreted as "only go in the left lane to overtake traffic in the right lane," it's a pretty ambiguous definition.

At least, I think that's what it says.

It's also amazing how many people try to prove what an awesome driver they are by "braving" the passing lane during a snowstorm, only to go 20 below the speed limit the whole way.
 
I get it, there's snow on the road, and you don't feel comfortable going the accepted speed.  Fine, that's cool.  But maybe move to the lane that's farthest away from oncoming traffic in that case?

More than those "awesome drivers", it's amazing how many people feel "comfortable" with a speed they shouldn't actually go at. What looks perfectly acceptable when going regularly, quickly becomes an horrific situation when you suddenly have to perform an emergency stop. Slow down, people, slow down: your destination will still be there 5-10 minutes later. :)
