But we'll start off at the top, where the [color="#008000"][b]Green Protection Agency[/b][/color] loses a sixth of a point and increase the gap between itself and the [color="#ff0000"][b]New Pacific Order[/b][/color]; only saved by a loss from the latter alliance which is notable as well. The [color="#008000"][b]Viridian Entente[/b][/color] puts a gap of a third-of-a-point between itself and the [color="#48D1CC"][b]The Democratic Order[/b][/color], thanks to a gain of a fifth of a point. The [color="#800080"][b]United Purple Nations[/b][/color] goes in the opposite direction, losing just over a quarter-point, taking some pressure of the [color="#ff8c00"][b]Orange Defense Network[/b][/color]'s continued hold on 10th place. Tier One sees gains from all three of its alliances for a change, with even the non-[color="#48D1CC"][i]Mushroom Kingdom[/i][/color] alliances doing well. [color="#800080"]The Legion[/color] posts a gain just under a tenth of a point, bringing itself to around half a point of a sanction, while [color="#48D1CC"]Ragnarok[/color] posts a similar gain to bring up the rear. Tier Two is a mixed bag, with a lot of strong losses and strong gains.
