So yeah Paraguas and SOS Brigade merged. Another anime alliance? Not exactly. We are going for a more robust approach with the theme. It has little to do with moe blobbery or anything like that. It has a darker side and is not "kawaii." It is a goal-driven organization, after all. Anyway here is the charter: [quote]Declaration of the Grand Order I. The Herald The Herald is in charge of the cultural affairs and propaganda of Bal Masque. VII. The Jaeger The Jaeger’s role is to manage the recruitment of new Wanderers to Bal Masque. V. If they mess up, it can be dealt with. Keep in mind, I don't really leave things to chance with alliance functions anyway. edit: Delegation has never been my strong suit, so take that as you will.
