We, at R&R respect that, and like it so much, we thought we'd upgrade our treaty! Preamble*NoWai enters a club with his fake ID, and starts strip teasing to all of R&R in the greatest party of the year! The DJ seemed to be half-dead and had the music on real low! So, they called their friends in LOUD to come and make some noise. The next day, after we slept with their women, and puked on their men. We decided to mutually bond our nightlife to ensure the quality of the coming parties! Article 1 : Non-Aggression Both the signatories agree to never commit any acts of aggression towards each other, whether that be military attacks, spy attempts, or flaming on forums. We must not disturb the peace the huggles have maintained for so long. Article 2 : Information If any signatory acquires any information in a justified manner that they feel could possibly harm, or benefit the other alliance. They should do so swiftly. Article 3 : Aid If any signatory goes through some rough times and needs some help. The other is to come and help whether by setting up tech deals and such, or just by sending aid. Article 4 : Mutual Defense If any signatory should find itself in a defensive war, the other is obligated to stand by their ally's side, whether that be sending them aid, info, or entering in open-warfare. Article 5 : Optional Aggression If any signatory should find itself in an aggressive war, the other is encouraged but not obligated to stand by their allies, whether that be sending them aid, info, or entering in open-warfare. Article 6 : Cancellation If for any odd reason any signatory feels this treaty no longer expresses the relation between the two alliances and would like to dissolve it, a 72-hour honor period must be upheld before the treaty is void.
