You know it’s funny that Horus wants to sit here and bad mouth me, after all this time....lol The truth is, R&R had a helluva run. At the end, there was basically no Gov left. Everyone had gone inactive. I had asked for people to step up and get involved, and no one did, including Horus. The final nail in the coffin was ATG hacking the forums and deleting everything. But yea Horus, go around telling whatever cute little tale you’d like. Maybe if more people from R&R stepped up and helped out, you know, like yourself, we’d still be around.

I've sent multiple messages for people to leave. 20 or so have left. This is the amount of inactivity i've dealt with....lol

It is with a heavy heart, that I announce R&R is officially disbanding. As many know, our forums were hacked, and we lost all the data that spanned over several years. We've done our best to come back from that, but to be perfectly honest, activity levels in the alliance where not the greatest even before that. Some of us are departing for.....far away lands, and will be bringing the power of the &-Ampersand-& there. I'd like to thank our allies, who have stuck by us, and have offered their help in keeping us going: NADC NPO Non Grata ODN NATO RIA Thanks guys. I ask that no one poach the remaining members. Unfortunately sometimes, no matter how good the past was, friends do grow apart. I would say this treaty was quite possibly one of the longest treaties still active, until today. June 25th, 2008 to January 24th, 2016 In accordance Article VI of the Maroon and Orange Look Ugly Together Accords, R&R has given notice to GOD for cancelling the treaty. Ok we both like fishing so let’s fish together. Article 1: Fishing Allowed -We have a right to fish the way we choose. Article 2: No more fishing -Both parties agree not to damage each other, either via NG biting or R&R throwing dynamite into the ocean. Article 3: Everybody hates dolphins -It is agreed that dolphins suck. NG & R&R agree that if either sees a dolphin attacking the other they will engage if requested to stop the threat. Article 4: Laser Beams -If sharks with laser beams want to be deployed, then they can also be given to the other party if requested. But it doesn't mean they have to. Article 5: Optional Fishing Assistance -Should one of us start fishing or attacking swimmers where they shouldn’t and get counter-attacked, or go fish where they have no business fishing; the other is no longer required to jump in, but may still do so if they choose. Article 6: Information Please -Hey, if you find a great place or hear stuff we need to know you will just have to tell us. Article 7: Fish Sticks -If this treaty needs to be turned into fish sticks, it takes 72 hours to process fully. Mainly due to the final wrapping and chilling process.
