Old School Treaty for a New Evolution Enough of fancy wordings and let’s get back to the basics Anarchy Inc. and The Empire of the New Evolution acknowledge the strength of their relationship which grow from the “Sons of Anarchy” protectorate to this present treaty. They join this treaty in a common understanding of their mutual interests, defense and prosperity. Anarchy Inc. and The Empire of the New Evolution recognize themselves as separate and sovereign alliances with all the rights attached to this status in terms of internal and foreign affairs. Article I – Non Aggression and Information Sharing Neither signatory shall undertake actions the other signatories could deem hostile hostile, including the use of force, spying or any other activity that could be considered an act of war. If a signatory gets the knowledge of information related to the security of the other, it is its duty to communicate the said information at the earliest opportunity. Article II – Non Chaining Mutual Defense In the event of an attack by another alliance on one signatory, the other signatory is required to come to the aid of the former by any and all means possible. However, neither High Contracting Party is obligated to defend the other as a consequence of treaty chaining Article III – Optional Aggression Should one signatory be involved in an offensive action, the other signatory has the option, but not the obligation, to come to the aid of the former by any means the latter deems fit. Article IV - Cancellation This treaty can be considered void once a 48 hours advance notice has been given from one signatory to the other.
