I thought I'd seen everything in CN, but apparently not. This is probably what happens when all your smart members are fleeing the alliance.

One plus one turned out to be three! (Ok, more like 1+1+1+1+1).

The bloc served its purpose and I'm glad we (VE, Umb, FOK, GOONS, PC, iFOK) started it. It wasn't always easy to keep the alliances together, but at least we did something to make our CN world more interesting.

Having been part of FOK for 5 years and having spent A LOT of time there, this isn't a happy day. In July of 2007, we had an average NS of less than 1k. Less than half a year later, we were part of The Continuum. From there, we grew into a sanctioned spot and we played an active role in almost every large war on Planet Bob. It was sad to see activity decline and it's too bad that we weren't able to merge FOK and iFOK. But there's an upside, too. We'll all be united in NG and together we'll be stronger than ever. I want to thank every president, every minister and every member of FOK for all the good times and all the great memories!

FOK's members have seen posts from MK and NG about Fark, but again, that was just exchanging opinions and you give the members of FOK very little credit if you think they just follow whatever their allies are saying.

[/quote] It's not the truth, though. Just because Tromp tells you so doesn't make it any more true. FOK and INT had grown apart and that was basically all that's been said about it on the FOK forums. The membership then voted and 81% decided it was time to move on.

SOS had this coming ever since the day Arrnea decided to betray iFOK. Why didn't we attack earlier? There were always allies of allies defending them and we didn't want to cause trouble for our own allies. For the people who say it's an unfair fight: so because they're smaller they can get away with anything? If you feel justified to attack an alliance, size doesn't matter.
