I'm showing 441 / 459 from Umbrella = 38 of those 441 being Umb-Umb aid slots (or, alternatively, 19 Umb-Umb deals).

My stats include all aid between 9/4/2010 12:00:25 AM and 9/14/2010 5:19:13 PM, inclusive. Although, now that I look at it, I'm unsure why anything from 9/4/2010 is included, because those aid deals should expire on 9/14/2010. This may be the cause for the discrepancy, although there's not a lot that I can do about it (the stats are downloaded directly from CN, where any "Expired" marking should be added).

EDIT: Took out the 9/4/2010 deals, and got 87.1% (400/459).

NV aren't the worst, our own internal tracking showed one reasonably established alliance that increased their tech by 150 in the space of one month (and no they weren't paying/receiving reps at the time). Even if you count special cicumstances (such as someone quitting the game and sending tech out to their friends) it's alarming as it shouldn't be a secret that effective slot usage is key to both alliance growth and military preparedness.

Aid slot percentage is not easy to compare over time as there will always be periods between aid slots expiring and them being being filled that day - people just don't log in at one minute past update to send aid so 100% usage is impossible. An alliance with 55% slot usage in the morning may actually have 65-70% usage at the end of the day once new aid has been sent (or the opposite if you check before update and then the next morning).

Still, it's food for thought, especially when 'bloated' alliances like Sparta and MHA get grief for being largely inactive when there are others falling far shorter in the basics of the game.

To partially explain NV's tardiness in tech dealing; I know for the month prior to my resignation that the internal tech market was being retooled (forums were recently re-done as well). So don't be shocked if this was to clear everyone's slots for regimented dealing at a later date. It has been done in the past; and I'd hope is the cause for these numbers.

Things are fairly well separated in the sanctioned alliances - the closest race is between the [color=blue][i]World Task Force[/i][/color] and [color=#48D1CC][b]Mushroom Kingdom[/b][/color] - the former pulling away from the latter and leaving about a quarter-point difference. The [color=#48D1CC][b]Mostly Harmless Alliance[/b][/color] posts a double-digit gain to extend its lead over the [color=red][b]New Pacific Order[/b][/color] to six points, while [color=#48D1CC][b]Fark[/b][/color] takes the Biggest Gainer award [i]by far[/i] with a half-point gain. Also doing well is the [color=brown]Global Alliance and Treaty Organization[/color], who gains a quarter-point today, but who is still hoping for [color=orange][b]FOK[/b][/color] to lose another four nations to have any short-term chance at a sanction.

There's a nice congested cluster in the middle of Tier Two - the [color=purple]United Purple Nations[/color] loses four nations and a third of a point today to plummet in the rankings, dropping past three alliances. Only 0.22 points and three alliances separate the [color=gold][i]Federation of Armed Nations[/i][/color] from the [color=maroon]Random Insanity Alliance[/color], with the [color=blue]Multicolored Cross-X Alliance[/color] gaining a small amount of score to lock [color=blue]Nueva Vida[/color] into a tie. Half a point behind this group is the duo of [color=#48D1CC][i]Ragnarok[/i][/color] and [color=black][i]Nordreich[/i][/color], who remain about a sixth of a point apart. Also losing a huge amount of score is [color=#48D1CC][i]Athens[/i][/color], who drops a third of a point to end the day roughly that same distance ahead of the [color=black]Goon Order of Oppression Negligence and Sadism[/color] and [color=blue][i]The Foreign Division[/i][/color].

Also giving a close chase is the [color=gray][i]Siberian Tiger Alliance[/i][/color], who make up some ground but still remains behind the [color=maroon][i]Commonwealth of Sovereign Nations[/i][/color]. Similarly, the [color=gray][i]Nusantara Elite Warriors[/i][/color] manages to keep [color=blue][i]NATO[/i][/color] at bay with a lead of only a one-hundredth of a point, while [color=orange][i]The Grand Lodge Of Freemasons[/i][/color] not far behind.
