Preamble:

In recognition of the mutual desire for greater friendship and ties between the two great
alliances of The Conservative Underground and The Atlantic Sphere Union, TCU and ASU hereby
commit themselves to the following articles.

Article I: Sovereignty

Both signatories recognize the sovereignty between their respective alliances, however cooperation
between members and governments on any issue is not only acceptable, but encouraged.

Article II: Conduct and Civility

Neither signatory shall condone or instigate war, espionage, or hostile conduct with one another.
Respect, support, and friendship shall remain a goal between both alliances. If any such issues arise,
both parties will work together to bring about an acceptable conclusion for both sides.

Article III: Aid

In the event of war waged by or declared upon either signatory, the other signatory is highly encouraged
to provide assistance, be it diplomatically,financially, or militarily. Before such actions are taken,
however, both signatories are asked to alert the other beforehand.

Article IV: Modification

Modifications may be made to this treaty as deemed fit by both signatories upon agreement between both
alliances.

Article V: Cancellation

In the event that one or both parties feel the treaty is no longer beneficial, they may enact
cancellation. This may be done provided that there is prior privatenotification to the canceled
signatory. Upon notification, this treaty will remain in effect for seventy-two hours before all articles
held within are null and void.

With the snow lightly falling on Braxis on the 14th of December, 2010, this treaty is now active.[/size]
