An Atlantic Sphere Initiative Announcement The Atlantic Sphere Initiative has passed 500k NS! Starting as a small, fledgling alliance from humble beginnings, we have worked our way up from one member to the number we have now. In the last few months, we've learned hard lessons and have faced bitter disappointments. However, by always facing our challenges and always working to improve ourselves, we have accomplished the first step in establishing ourselves as an alliance. Our mentality has changed over time. At first, we were too eager to gain members. As a new alliance, almost all of our recruits were new nations, and it was often a struggle to get them involved in the game. Our recruitment standards were lax. We were taking the short path when we should have taken the long one. Now, by focusing on quality over quantity, we have finally achieved our first goal. The Atlantic Sphere Initiative would like to thank our protectors, The Seven Kingdoms, for all of their help along the way. They saw a potential in us that others didn't - which many of us didn't even realize ourselves. They readily provided advice, tech deals, and protection to help us develop from a small speck into, well, a slightly less small speck! We would also like to thank the Mortal Wombats for all the economic help through tech deals. MW has continuously been a reliable partner in our economic growth and it has always been a pleasure to work with them. Lastly, we would like to thank The Three Percent for the support they've given us on brown. When we washed up on their team's shores, they were quick to welcome and include us. With their support, we have gained a senate seat on brown and we look forward to working with them in the future.
