Over the last few days,MCXA has held elections for its High Council's 19th term. For those of you who aren't familiar with how MCXA runs elections I'll give you a brief overview.At each election seven out of the nine High Council positions are up for election:Chancellor,Minister of Defence,Minister of Finance,Minister of Foreign Affairs,Minister of the Interior and both MaLs(Minister-at-Large).In order to win any of the first five in that list,a candidate has to take 50+% of the vote.If this doesn't happen a run-off election takes place between the two candidates who got the most votes.The two winners of the position of MaL are defined as those who get the most votes in that contest.
