A circle has no beginning is the answer. CN would not be about without Admin. That is fair enough. However Admin the ENTITY would not be here (in this game) without CN. It cannot exist in CN without CN- that's illogical. If the question were, "Does CN exist because of KEVIN, or does KEVIN exist because of CN?" then it would be that the first is true. I think the important thing to note is the use of admin as an entity as opposed to Kevin as a person.

Under the new NPO regime, treaties won't be allowed.

I'd like to echo statements made and extend my congratulation towards the NPO for nearing the end of what we can only call "Versailles" terms, added with "Yalta" reparations. Or a mix of the both.
