tyler kaiser
i am one of those players who can never really commit to a alliance no matter how hard i try. so recently there was this low ranked guy who said he was in the gremlins but he even called himself out on it, so i raided him... i haven't been in a war for a while and military spending was adding up. it said he was inactive for 7 days! easy money right WRONG i was amazed when after the battles were over i had 2,000,000 dollars more in my treachery! bad move though afterwords i went on the forums a little bit went to bed, went to school and come to my computer to see 30 new messages in my inbox. 3 new nations from the Mostly Harmless Alliance destroyed 1/3 of my infrastructure! I'm a rock in a hard place right now all do to a misunderstanding with the gremlins. i figure by the end of the week I'll have to start a new nation after 9 months of dedication to cyber nations. what would you do? Electron Sponge
This, boys and girls, is why tech raiding doesn't pay. Take your lumps and quit whining. That's what happens when you attack someone.
WilliamDean
Get in touch with the appropriate government members of Gramlins and MHA and apologise. A lot. Edited February 19, 2009 by WilliamDean
han fei zi
Heh, offer peace and maybe we will let you go. But I think Ejay wants to have fun. Just because someone is 7 days inactive doesn't mean you should just attack. Anyway enjoy your wars. Snake Solidus
Don't raid alliances. Alliances tend to like to protect their members.

apriland
this thread really exists If they don't PZI you, try joining an alliance that can teach you something and then actually listen to what they have to say next time. Lackistan
the dude said he was posing So? Unless they give you specific permission, 90% of alliances will still defend a poser, if only to defend the name. Though Ejay is probably not posing. Clever Ejay, sucking in a target like that. Quinoa Rex
You take the risk when you raid of a raid fighting back or getting friends. This is why almost all of the alliances that do allow raiding (like TORN) have clauses in their charter that say that raiding is done at your own risk, set out very strict rules for raiding, and specify that you are not to ask for help from your alliance if you end up in a sticky spot. Also, what were you thinking raiding an alliance? Edited February 19, 2009 by Quinoa Rex
turboflame
the dude said he was posing He was probably joking, otherwise he would be under attack instead of you. I'm a rock in a hard place right now all do to a misunderstanding with the gremlins. Misunderstanding? You declared war on one of the best alliances in the game. Uralica
the dude said he was posing This is also known as sarcastic baiting. Seriously, if they're wearing an AA, ALWAYS err on the side of caution and don't attack. People who raid alliances of any real size seldom live to tell about it. alpreb
Maybe those 15 million aid sent from The Grämlins should have made it clear that he might just be a member of said alliance and will fight back. Enjoy your war.
JayOvfEnnay
Of all people you could have raided, you raided Gramlins? If you're going to raid someone atleast raid someone good.
