Justinian the Mighty
Well, this is going to my farewell from this utter !@#$hole. I can't say that I enjoyed this 'Community' in the last few months from the myriad of players who consistently wanted to play it like Risk or using OOC means to get at people. Yes, I'm looking at you, Eva. As far as I'm concerned, this doesn't even come close to an RP community, it's just individual (For the most part with very few exceptions) players who have and still hold long-time grudges against each other, using both IC and OOC means to get at their perceived enemies. So I'm quite glad that Eva made the decision for me to finally leave this RP. To those I consider friends and still are in this RP, I wish you the best of luck with the OOC asshattery that goes around here and on IRC. To those I don't, enjoy trying to rule over a dead world yet again. To the GM's, you two have my sympathies in dealing with the absolute OOC !@#$%^&* that passes around for 'community' interaction but the lack of GM power as I've mentioned before in the GM channel is a factor in why the RP is how it is and doubtful to be changed considering the people remaining. That said, so long and thanks for all the needless stress! You let a woman make your decisions for you? Pfft--whipped! :v:

This is really ironic considering you basically describe what you guys did as a GM clique against myself when I played as Hawaii and socialist eurasia. Karma strikes back! Rudolph
But why are you looking at me? I agree a lot with this paragraph, but I don't see why you are naming me as prime example of what is wrong here. Not sure, but... whom do I hold long-time grudges against? And what kind of OOC means do I use to get at my "perceived" enemies? I'm happy to help you get some distance between CNRP2 and yourself though. Might be better for both sides at the current time.Care to tell me what evil deeds I committed to get a call-out?Are we going to ignore the OOC !@#$%^&* you pulled on Euphaia through forum PM's to the point that the GM's as a whole warned you to stop it?I didn't and I was well aware of it ever since it got leaked. I love you guys.Tidy works better at it than you, by the way, so I'd consider upping your game :V This is really ironic considering you basically describe what you guys did as a GM clique against myself when I played as Hawaii and socialist eurasia. Karma strikes back! Not really ironic considering that for the most part, I was a GM for a good portion of the RP much to my own detriment. Being a GM tends to not be good for a person's sanity and health in RP1/2 :v Edited November 12, 2014 by Rudolph

I didn't and I was well aware of it ever since it got leaked. It might be pointed out that I did not get warned for anything, nor do I see how I pulled some OOC whatever was censored there. Mogar
You mean OOCly clarifying what was going to be the IC result of IC actions? Yes that's truly OOC !@#$. I think threatening to nuke someone OOCly is frowned upon, at least from my own experience at threatening to nuke people OOCly, unless when Eva does it, it's ok. Rudolph
You mean OOCly clarifying what was going to be the IC result of IC actions? Yes that's truly OOC !@#$. Yes, because threatening IC actions OOC'ly through forum PM's is totally clarifying.
Hereno
i think you should take 24-48 hours and reconsider your decisionunsolicited advice. do with it what you want.
Evangeline Anovilis
Actually, it is clarifying. It is me telling Euphaia that actions have consequences and that I'm going to follow through with my IC policies, where he also got an official IC warning, just so he could take it into his IC calculus. It might be worth noting that also... a. Euphaia told me just a week or so before that he was annoyed at me telling him publicly off and thus would like to keep it more private, and b. that Euphaia initiated the PM convo. It thus occurred to me as only respecting his wishes to tell him in a more polite manner in the RP that I'd be willing to attack him over defending Rudolph and in a more exhaustive manner via PM. Of course, it seems Euphaia's main issue was something else and he did not agree with this course of actions either, but while my words were stern and clear, they were nowhere near as insulting as what most of you people throw around, nor what I got to hear from Euphaia since. PresidentDavid
And now all of a sudden I can't log onto IRC here at my dorm... I think someone else is on IRC and it doesn't want to let two people on at the same time because I think we have the same IRC address. I should just stay logged in all the time... Horo the Wise Wolf
That won't be it. I'm pretty sure that the maximum allowed connections is three.
PresidentDavid
I meant IP address. And I know, but 400 people probably live in these dorms and we have the same internet.
Horo the Wise Wolf
You'll know if that happens, since you (and everyone else on your connection) will get a message about having too many connections when you are kicked from the server - the issue is somewhere else. PresidentDavid
irc.coldfront.net: Closing Link: [IP address] (Z:Lined (Z-lined: Your IP, [IP address] is in the cbl.abuseat.org DNSBL. http://cbl.abuseat.org/lookup.cgi?ip=IP Address)) Sometimes it just says terminated. EDIT: Ah so it has the IP on the Composite Blocking List. It's odd how it wont be for like two weeks and then for five days it'll be on the CBL. Mogar
just so we're clear, it is entirely acceptable to be a hypocritical mapmaker, just as long as you're on the access list in #hegemon.

Mogar
You were one of the biggest whiners over Lynneth "making up" rules as mapmaker, but while mapmaker you don't seem to mind changing the way the rule was intended, which is to prevent exactly what you changed it to allow. You'll have to explain that one seeing as the only change I made is the cutoff I use for defining days X and X+1. You'd also have a point if I changed the actual community voted on rule, I only changed the rule Lynneth made up.
