Furthermore, you have the nations who HAVE fought, and simply had enough. That speaks absolutely nothing of their intra-alliance governmental ability. I can't say that I'd find that to be a particularly comforting thought if I were in such an alliance. You kind of want someone that can stand up for their principles running your alliance, I think you may be hard pressed to find someone in there that would meet that qualification. Or they are doing like that large GGA nation who started a thread a week ago !@#$%*ing about getting attacked by Kronos. They sat on an AA perfectly happy to take all of the good things that came with it, in this case being in what was the #3 alliance in the game for a significant time. And once the going got tough, they got going. But there may also have been some conscientious objectors among them too. I'm just guessing that most were inactives and alliance ghosts, who got woken up one morning seeing their nation under attack and since the obvious choice for someone who never gave a damn about their alliance or their alliance mates being to save self, did just that. Either way, doesn't bother me much, I know it helped us trim some fat. And I'm sure there are a half dozen other threads we can carry on this conversation, if need be, without derailing the Sanction race thread.
