[/quote] I realise that there are one or two alliances who attacked MK and kudos to them (although KN and NADC are terrible alliances.) However, their side as a whole decided to focus their efforts exclusively on GOONS, who took loads of damage and thus need the reps for rebuilding purposes. Like I said, I don't care enough anymore to give a damn about Cyber Nations morality. Doomhouse attacked NPO because they were bored and wanted a fun war and instead NPO hid in peacemode and NPO's allies attacked GOONS because they were too scared to take on anyone bigger. [/quote] KN isn't an alliance and even if it was, Methrage's actions are questionable at best. I doubt he'll be paying any reps anyway, just like 64digits won't be. There's no clause saying each alliance has to pay a certain amount, and I'm sure the glorious NPO banks will cover most of that so the tiny inconsequential alliances can focus on recovering. [/quote] In order to apply some pressure to alliances to exit the war, MK began to apply tech contract terms to alliances it was engaged with that did not strike GOONS. During the collective bargaining, these terms were converted to simple cash reps in order to organize everything under one number that could be more effectively negotiated and redirected toward GOONS.
