Hey, hey, hey... Lets simmer down a bit. There's only one HB member posting here, I think, and we all know that nearly all AAs with even a smidgen of OWF presence have the occasional member that says this or that to offend so and so... and often they're not words/thoughts/sentiments/feelings/beliefs that the entire AA or its government are willing to make, endorse, support, and/or get fully behind.

When people say no alliances have a "claim" or "right" to request/require reps, are they basing this off of convention or what? It seems to me that the victors in any fight are able to make demands of their choosing, assuming they are in a position to enforce/collect their demands. Disclaimer: I'm not saying making such demands would be OK or advisable. For the record, I'd oppose reps in nearly all scenarios.

Given this, MHA seems more than justified in keeping him at war until he surrenders and even pays reps if that's what they want. That said, I cannot speak to the larger discussion going on here, as my lack of involvement and lack of will to look into the matter has left me ignorant of the facts. Besides, absolutely nobody here was interested in my opinion anyway. Lulz.

Someone has likely said this already, but as regards the OP, I think you're over-thinking this one. Some of it is feasible, though your (conspiracy) theory, as far as I can tell, sort of falls apart at the end. That's just me, though.

I like this. I get neutrality and all, but it really just seems to make sense in the case of an attack on neutrality. Seriously, yo. Good move. Congrats on this, guys! Makes since after MK's pseudo-disbandment. I like both of these AAs, esp. NoR. After a rather lengthy inactive spell, I'm getting active again and will drop in for a visit soon, NoR. :)
