1. Congrats on this PIAT. Also inb4 OO-WA-A-A-A
2.
Torn between GPA and TDO.
I loled. Vote stays null. Can't decide between NV, STA, and IRON. Plus GR's not on the list.
3. I've seen GPA and NPO around here
4. Null vote. None of the neutrals should be up there because they don't bleedin' have treaties to honour!
5. CSN's pretty awesome, even if they don't have WickedJ anymore CSN, you really bagged a winner here. o/
6. Still you guys. Especially KOwens and Machanidas Best of luck, not that you'll need it much
7.
Also sanctions are a double-edged sword. They make hurt a nation by taking away trades, but they also hurt the nations that are trading with the sanctioned nation. I do not believe sanctions are necessary when dealing with something as simple as a rogue and should only be used in extreme cases.
You and grahamkeatley would get along quite well I agree for the most part, although I wouldn't want someone going randomly choosing who they nuke. Plus long-term non-nuclear roguery might deserve sanction just so they don't run people out of Robertian politics. (Only in absolute extreme cases like Freudenschade or RUKUNU or some bandit like that. ) On the other hand, some of the worst reasoning for sanctions I've seen are ghosting (I know GK had a major spazz when Karl I sanctioned someone for ghosting TGE) and one-off non-nuclear roguery (like Rooman33 has done occasionally on Green). To everyone involved in this, I hope they have fun and keep it clean. No "ZOMG YOU <censored> <censored> YOU TRASHED MY <censored> PIXELS" or anything like that.
8.
Speaking of Polaris I'd say Atarax, but I'm biased since I'm one of the founders of it.
Atarax was pretty awesome.
9. TOOL's had a few really good protectorates, so it is hard to choose. But I would have to say, in terms of overall success, Argent would probably take the cake. FnKa was really good as well.
10. Congrats on the new ministers, and may the outgoing ones enjoy their retirement Also hello, Ashoka
11.
Hey, when KI joined i made a comment about CSN being a retirement home for members of TOOL and that you should be the next one to apply
Remember what I said? If I leave TOOL it's to rejoin CCC or quit altogether. (Or maybe join STA.)
12.
You're talking like anyone here actually cares about sanctioning standards and this isn't just an excuse to bring some boring political drama into a thread to make GOONS look bad so we bicker like a bunch of seventh grade girls instead of talking about this war.
Point taken. I should have indicated that this was a call for andre27 to sort out his own sphere before calling someone else's out.
13. Not that I agree with Xavii's actions here, but if one is going to complain about sanctioning standards, one might want to deal with the sanctioning of one-off non-nuclear rogues first. At least these guys actually went nuclear. I know some senators who would sanction new, small nations for simply attacking their alliance and not knowing any better. That, IMO, is true sanction abuse. As for this war, to both sides I have simply this to offer. Have fun! GOONS
14. Kryievla still in gov... check. o/ Valhalla Kry
15. Must be the "rogue on white" season. TOOL's been having the same problem. But you know we ya over here. Za Sibir'! (Also, TZC called me up yesterday and asked if we should send more Twinkies to the STA since a bumper crop this year has equalled more Twinkies being rolled off Uralican factory lines. )
16. This answer should be obvious. I've never been one for gender discrimination. Silly poll is silly.
17. I see a DK in the OP. Also congrats, though I do like AOD better. ( Mirreille )
18. That's awesome. Hopefully the woman I marry (if I ever get married ) will not be too big a fan of the string of pop tarts there are out these days. Although I don't think I want my kid to be belting out "the laws of nature, the laws of man, this volatile paradox will never stand" at age 5 either
19.
Sparta realizes we did poorly in Karma. We realize we improved for the last war, but that there is never such a thing as a perfect performance.
This man ain't lying. Of course I'd like to think TOOL did as well being how this war was something of a "purification by fire" experience where all our pixel-huggers and riff-raff got burnt away. But I will admit, we are far from a military powerhouse, although we do have some good fighters (Cyber King for example).
20.
Reading DoW announcements on the OWF. Wars themselves are fun, but a part of my faith in humanity dies when reading all the "NO U" arguments.
To Hell with humanity. The more I see, the less I believe (LOLFLA) Seriously though, I agree. I'd rather read three pages of mindless hailing than six of circular arguments. That in itself says something. Meh, I'll probably be done like dinner come January anyway.

That, Schattenmann, is why both my parents gave up smoking. My mom was 30 and my dad 29 when they adopted me - they gave it up not long after they got me, and I'm now 27. They don't regret having done so for a second.
22. RIA's in the wrong half of the poll They might not be the best militarily, but they're still pretty damn good. That said, being good militarily isn't just about being able to blow stuff up, but about being resilient enough to weather being dogpiled by people who are very well able to blow stuff up as well. For that reason, it's tough to pick between MK, Polaris, STA, TOP, and IRON - all of whom have done exactly that. I'm also torn between three alliances on the flip side Null vote.

For what it's worth, I will keep this man and his family in my prayers. I lost my aunt to liver cancer 13 years ago. I wouldn't wish the kind of pain coming from losing someone that close on my worst enemy.
