We got along so great that after Sovrana broke out, Bull Moose and Sovrana became very close. Relations have never been better amongst us and now we make it official. In order to continue this roll, We the nations of Bull Moose and Sovrana agree to the following terms; [b]Article I: Independence and Co-operation[/b] Both alliances recognize each other's Sovereign rights as Alliances, Both signatories also agree that while maintaining sovereignty, they shall both move closer to each other as friends through Co-Operation and Communication. [b]Article II: Non-aggression and Intelligence[/b] As an act of friendship, Both alliances agree to keep each other close. Shall one signatory hear of something that will harm another, they will inform the other. Both alliances agree to keep peace among their members and their alliances as a whole. [b]Article III: Optional Defence and Optional Aggression[/b] Both signatories are encourage to work together in times of war, though this is optional, it is highly encouraged. Both signatories also agree that they will come to a diplomatic solution together shall they be together in a war. [b]Article IV: Cancellation[/b] Shall these signatories vote to change paths, come to a quarrel, or the friendship dies, Both agree to let the other know 48 hours in advance. In those 48 hours, This treaty is considered still active.
