That said WarriorConcept has been very reasonable in this matter, I fail to see the harm in you accepting this offer. Still ... barring whatever's being offered to 'SWAT' (whoever he/she/they is/is/are), I can't think of more lenient terms than 'we'll guarantee you rebuilding aid'. I'll say this, it's unlikely anyone from major alliances will consider this harsh. Hell, I'm surprised some smaller nations aren't queuing up to take those terms for you..
