No, the statistics with infra, land, war mode, etc, are updated only periodically, whereas the top row are real time stats. For all the fawning you guys (TPF's "Allies") did over "honor" and "coalition of Cowards" and such in the past, I see little of honor and a bit too much of what looks to be a Coalition of Cowards.
