Also I don't think this nation is all that threatening, he/she just has some money and raiders are supposed to enjoy a bit of a scuffle anyway. I thought I would have a hell of a time, but I caught him with his pants down and anarchied him in the first wave of attacks. He put up a fight, but didn't gain an upper hand, since he choose not to outgain me in infra and such. Although I admit I built up my infra to match his forces. Unless he starts buying some more troops any raider attacks are just going to end up destroying all that cash rather than looting it.
