A green alliance with a purple protectorate? Whats the matter, couldn't find anyone on your own color to deal with you?

Indeed it would have nothing to do with wishing to remain green and having a completely neutral alliance protect us while we grew. For the record we're for green stability as much any anyone else and are looking forward to working with our green counterparts. :)
