mhawk
We regretfully cancel our MADP with TORN. They have been our friends for a long time and we hope to renew those relations when the time is right. However until certain issues which have been communicated in private are righted we must go our separate ways. We wish TORN best of luck in their charter and gov transitions. To our members please remain respectful. mhawk Evil Overlord, Commanding General, The Phoenix Federation

Cynic2
Admittedly not the announcement I thought it would be. Much respect to you guys for continuing your fight. On topic: best of luck to both parties etc etc. Edit: [OOC]Yeah the subtitle wasn't visible from the main forum page so I wasn't aware that this was a treaty cancellation thread... Kung Fu Geeks
Not entirely unexpected. In fact i'm wondering why this didn't come a while ago. I'm also sure this was more or less a mutual cancellation.

Kung Fu Geeks
Was this a mutual cancellation? Good luck to both involved. Didn't say so in the OP...but i used to be TORN government so I had some inklings of what they were thinking in the past. Course with the government/charter change and all the upheaval, I could be completely wrong.
