My Fellow peoples of the world. Recent post from our enemies seem to think that we, Molakia, are at war for purely land grabbing and Imperialist Might. Far from it. Molakia is here to secure a future where more minority groups, more nation states can arise from the large slavorussian empire. We hold no ill will to the Slavorussians. We just wish for more minorities to have their own lands. The past has shown that in holding many minorities under one, single ethnic banner only infuriates them. Maybe not now, maybe not during our lifetimes, but some day.

Slavorussia says their people are happy, and only slavo. Is this true? Have they spoken to every single person? What about the Germans and poles? Do they not want a small state to themselves. Limited Autonomy is just that: Limited.

I know not of why our allies want war. We joined to gain land, set it up, and let it free. Molakia has no land addiction. We have plenty already. This is not some BS propaganda. This is the truth, and as any religious deity as my witness, i will swear to it.

Slavorussia has released territory before to new nations. In fact we almost asked every citizen them joining in the regular flag burnings proved it too. Your argument falls on deaf ears. Leave if you want the best for the people.

It is not true that Slavorussian have not kept all the lands. The fallen nation of Estovakia which was from Slavorussia land was given to 3 new countries. Their Indian protectorate was given to two new nations. So that is pure bull !@#$. Maybe Molakia should actually open their eyes instead of being blinded by their own failure at propaganda.

A group of saboteurs, working with anti-government insurgents in Molakia, have orchestrated a concerted attack upon Molakian communications and cities. By working in unison, they have managed to plant explosives in most of the power generation facilities in Molakia, including the heavy generators supplying power to the capital Kotka. As the city slips into darkness, Novosoyuzski Operatives went on to destroy most of the vodka distilleries in the nation, depriving Molakian soldiers of one of their dearest goods.

The Situation

The Eastern Central Front had turned into a statemate. The German advance had slowed, and most commanders were more intent on solidifying their gains than advancing any further. They were also worried of the impending RUSSIAN offensive from the east. However, so far the enemy hadn't reacting. So far, the enemy was attacking in light numbers, which were repelled over and over again. From the West, fresh German reinforcements arrived in the form of two hundred thousand men. They were accompanied by the arrival of two hundred fresh new Nakil 1A3H's to reinforce the armour already there. By not attacking when the time was right, the enemy had given the Wehrmacht the time it needed to prepare fully for the next round. It wouldn't be too long until it began..

Opening Phase: Operation Nordic Thunder. Artillery Strikes outside of Orel and Veronezh

In the closing hours of the late evening, the next German offensive began. Starting the attack was a massive artillery barrage from behind German lines. The first barrage consisted of León Self-Propelled 160mm Howitzers, with TIR.11.155 HE Rounds. The TIR.11.155 High Explosive shell is merely an empty casting full of Octagen using a small brazen fuse. By using a small brazen fuse, the artillery can defeat shortstop equipped ordnance. The barrage was almost deafening, when it began. It was an incredible sight to see, as massive explosions lit of the evening atmosphere. Their goal was to mostly saturate the lines, and create an opening, which the fast moving mechanized and panzer divisons.

The next barrage began five minutes after the first. After the initial first barrage, the second barrage began. This time a combination of TIR.76.155 ER DPICM and TIR.21.155 SADARM Rounds were fired. The TIR.76 Extended Range Dual Purpose Improved Conventional Munition is the long range dispenser artillery round of the Reichwehr, able to carry up to seventy-two small anti-armor/personnel grenade submunitions. The round is capable of successfully engaging unarmored vehicles, soft skinned vehicles and personnel, at extremely long ranges. The round is designed with GPS and inertial guidance, and's burst radius has been reduced to ten meters. The round has also been improved upon the XM982 design, incorporated rocket assistance. The anti-armour bomblets can effectively penetrate up to 130mm worth of armour.

The TIR.21.155 SADARM Round is an extended program to the M898 munition . The round carries a host of anti-armor submunitions that release themselves on top of enemy light armoured vehicles, penetrating the top armour. How it works is that the round uses a parachute like device to slowly fall over the target and at a certain height, dictated by a range of sensors, the round divides into two submunition penetrators that use their own sensors to search and destroy for enemy vehicles. When the target is located the submunition fires an explosively formed penetrator [EFP] at it. Under the best circumstances the TIR.21.155 SADARM has been able to destroy two vehicles with one round.

After the Howitzer attack, the 150mm Panzerwerfer M-2000 MRLS began the attack. The first barrage of the attack were to be of HE Rounds, which were the usual empty casting full of Octagen using a small brazen fuse. The next attack, German artillery forces began used 220 mm Thermobaric warheads.

Phase Two: Luftwaffe Air Assault

Almost simoutaneously, the Luftwaffe began their assault on defenses around Orel and Veronezh. Most of the aircraft involved were mostly Lu-67 Multi-Role Tactical Fighters. Five bomber squadrons were also involved. The Luftwaffe attacked during the height of the artillery barrage. They dropped dozens of 1,000lb bombs, with OctaNitroCubane explosives. Octanitrocubane (molecular formula: C8(NO2)8) is a powerful high explosive that, like TNT, is shock-insensitive (not readily detonated by shock). Octanitrocubane is thought to have 20-25% greater performance than HMX (octogen), the state-of-the-art military explosive as of year 2000. This increase in power is due to its highly expansive breakdown into CO2 and N2, as well as to the presence of strained chemical bonds in the molecule which have stored potential energy. Therefore, the bombs explosive power were magnified by five times, which would cause havoc on the enemy lines.

The bombing would continue for hours, only stopping for the Lu-67s to refuel and rearm. The Luftwaffe would drop over 9,000 tonnes of explosives on the enemy lines, hoping to soften up the enemy for the incoming wave of ground forces. After the fighters had made their point, the next massive assault began.A squadron of GLI-133 Ank'ríat Super Heavy Bombers, flying at their maximum altitude of 16,000 meters and escorted by two squadrons of Lu-65s approached the battlefield. In their bomb bays, they carried hellfire and brimestone. As they approached their specifically designated targets, they unleashed their payloads. They dropped the new GB-13 Thermobaric bombs.

These massive bombs yield the equivalent of 44 tons of TNT using 7.8 tons of a new type of high explosive developed with the use of nanotechnology. German scientist developed this bomb by adding materials known as superthermites that combine nanometals such as nanoaluminum with metal oxides such as iron oxide. Superthermites increase the (chemical) reaction time by a thousand times, resulting in a very rapid reactive wave. Most damage is inflicted by a supersonic shockwave and extremely high temperatures, which incinerate everything nearby. The blast radius of this massive bomb is over 300 m (1000 ft). They would catch a number of enemy forces.

Phase 3: Advance

After the assault, German troops began to advance. By using mechanized and panzer divisions, they moved swiftly. The Nakil 1A3Hs would engage enemy armour far beyond the visual range, thanks to the use of unmanned aerial vehicles and the advanced targetting systems on the tanks. Infantry were supported by the usual 254mm Mortar, Self Propelled Artillery, Arica I Infantry Fighting Vehicles and Luftwaffe Lu-67 aircraft. The German infantry engaged the enemy infantry, who were perhaps still in confusion from the massive air and artillery bombardment. The High Command of the Armed Forces had planned the operation meticulously.

Instead of driving directly into the cities of Orel and Veronezh, where they would substain heavy casualties from urban fighting, they would do a trident maneuver, driving around both cities and surrounding them. There, they would commit to a seize style operation, starving the enemy forces in both cities, making them capitulate. Indeed, it was a bold operation, one of the boldest launched in the war so far; however, the German military was more than capable of making the operation a strategic success. As the German forces approached both cities, they launched thousands of smoke artillery shells, which would cloud the advance of their heavy armour and troop movements.

This, combined with the constant artillery and air support, would see a quick German surrounding of the city. Upon surrounding it, German troops would set up strategic flanking positions, which would push back any armed offensive. Protecting the flank as well, were Norsvea troops, which the German military count on as well in this operation.
