Generally, if you've got 300 or more members or at least 1M NS I'm willing to track you. Usually if you have 300 members, you have or will very shortly have 1M NS anyways. I sometimes make exceptions, but not often anymore. ---- In today's news, FOK has sent the second wave of their invasion forces to our fair planet. They're up 155 members, to 486 from yesterday. I for one welcome our new Dutch Masters. Everyone's favorite guerilla warriors without a war over at FAN have passed 2M NS again. They're essentially back to their strength when I first began tracking them back on January 25. If prior trends follow, they'll reach 9M NS by March or so. They're almost up to 500 members now, which is actually more than any other alliance that isn't in Tier 1. As promised VE is back on the charts.
